Characteristics and Applications of Stainless Steel Reaction vessels

11 Aug, 2025

Stainless steel reaction vessels have many advantages such as high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance and high production capacity, and are widely used in industrial sectors such as beverages, chemicals and resins. Stainless steel reaction equipment is a type of production or experimental apparatus that integrates reaction condition control systems, reaction vessels, raw material feeding, etc. It can complete the pre-set reaction steps in a relatively fast and automated manner, and strictly regulate important technical parameters such as temperature, pressure and mechanical control during the reaction process.

The stainless steel reaction vessel is composed of the pot body, pot cover, agitator, shaft sealing device, etc. The pot body, pot cover, stirrer, shaft seal, etc. are all made of stainless steel such as 304/316l. The pot cover and the pot body are sealed and connected by a flange. There is a discharge hole at the bottom of the pot body. There is a stirrer inside the pot, and the pot cover is opened for feeding, stirring and observation. On the upper welded bracket of the pot cover, a reducer and a motor are installed. The stirrer inside the pot is driven by a transmission shaft, and the shaft seal device is located at the top of the pot cover.
